We use the Zoom platform; install the application and create an account on your computer before the first session.

You will receive video and audio in high definition, so you’ll hear exactly what I hear in the studio.

Make sure you have a stable internet connection, as well as a suitable camera and microphone.

Headphones are recommended, although you may use your monitors if you prefer.

The total payment for the contracted hours must be made before the first session begins.

Connect punctually; classes will start and end at the scheduled time.

If you need to change the time of any session, notify us at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise the change will not be possible.

If you miss a session without notifying us, that session will be considered taken.

Each session lasts 2 hours

A minimum of  1 session per week must be taken; (If you purchase packages of 32 hours or more, you will need to take 2 sessions per week) any cancellation or change must be rescheduled within the same week

If the session is cancelled or modified by the instructor, the corresponding hours will be made up as soon as possible.

Send all files needed for the session at least  2  hours beforehand, using the method indicated for each case.

Recording the sessions is not allowed.

During your membership period you can ask any question related to your sessions via WhatsApp; I will respond promptly.
