Mixing Material Submission Guidelines

-
Keep any processing or alter the volume levels, keep all plugins, automation, and effects exactly as they appear in your mix.
-
Turn off any limiter, brickwall, or gain‑staging plugin on the master bus.
-
Export each track for the full length of the song; include the entire timeline, even sections of silence.
-
Add a few seconds of silence after the last audible event.
-
Export using the same sample rate and bit depth that were used during production; do not convert to a different format during rendering.
-
Turn off all normalize options.
-
Use .wav or .aiff audio formats—never .mp3 or any other compressed format.
-
Name every audio file with the instrument or element it contains.
-
Do not include the song title, artist name, version number, or any other extra data in the file name of individual instruments.
-
If you wish, you can group the stems into subfolders, but this is not required.
-
Place all audio files together in a single folder.
-
Compress the folder into a .zip or .rar archive.
-
Name the compressed file with the artist name and song title.
